sometimes you just want to be pampered well and now a days it seems nail tech’s just don’t care anymore. My nails were rushed so much that I took them off at home and redid them myself. Unfortunately the experience started with unhelpful nail techs and very rushed. overall the worst experience I have had with customer service. things calmed down, but then he kept yanking her fingers and hands around obviously frustrated and at one point rolled his eyes at her because she had to put her glasses on to see better when he asked if she liked them. he came back with a bowl to let her soak.

He ended up ripping his mask off, talking to everyone, and walking in the back and left us there a bit stunned. So, at this point I stepped in and explained to him that maybe he is just confused, she does want them drilled after they have soaked, but to soak them first so they don’t hurt as bad. My Mom does not like having her nails drilled down to remove the acrylic already on, so she asked Nam if she could have them soaked for about 5 minutes first and he stood up and said “I do not have time for that.” After already drilling through her nail and hurting her. and as anyone knows, your Mom should be treated kindly.
